Once you’ve chosen a home, we’ll schedule a thorough walkthrough. After you’ve inspected the property, submit any necessary documents to complete your financing application. This step ensures your ability to afford the home. Upon approval, a deposit will hold the property for you.
Once your financing is approved, we’ll kick off the contract process. Our closing service will guide you through signing the necessary paperwork, including submitting your down payment and arranging monthly payments. After signing, the home is yours to secure and move into.
Within two weeks of signing, you’ll receive your finalized Land Contract purchase agreement. From there, you’re all set to enjoy your new home! Keep in mind that all properties are sold "As Is," so we encourage a detailed inspection before making your down payment.
